Daniel Oakland -
Principal
Daniel
is an experienced lawyer specialising in Employment Law.
He was admitted as a solicitor in 1990 and is
also a qualified barrister, having been called to the Bar in 1998.
Daniel has been the Head of Employment Law departments
in West End and City firms and continues to maintain his links with the City by providing his expertise as a consultant.
Acting for both employers and employees, Daniel undertakes work and advises businesses and employees on a broad range
of employment issues, both contentious and non-contentious. including contracts, restrictive covenants, entry and exit, senior
executive termination packages, redundancy, TUPE and health and safety issues.
He also regularly prepares and presents
cases in the Employment Tribunals in a wide variety of claims including unfair dismissal, race, sex and disability
discrimination and working time regulations.
Daniel has enjoyed considerable success in achieving extremely high
value awards and settlements for employees.
He has a very loyal business clientele who appreciate the practical
